Pat Helton was honored at the PSTA service awards and installation luncheon on June 7, 2005, held at Eric’s Restaurant in Newbury Park. Helton received the ‘Very Special Person Award’ for her service to the students and staff at Colina Middle School in the form of a donation of a telecommunication system valued at $10,000. Helton’s donation to the school will greatly assist both parents and students.

Helton presented Mr. Waters, the principal, a check for $1,000 at the luncheon as part of an ongoing fundraising effort she has provided Colina Middle School. She donates $400 for any real estate transaction with, or referred by a Colina Middle School family. So far Helton has raised $4,000 for the school.

Helton is a former teacher and holds a master of science degree. She has been a leader in real estate sales in the Conejo Valley since 1985 and has been the no. 1 agent in the Conejo Valley Regional office for the past 18 years.
