The Assisted Home Hospice Foundation will sponsor a fundraiser dinner from 6 to 8 p.m., Wed., July 20 at Chuy’s, 650 N. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks.

For $10, guests can enjoy a chicken and tri tip combo dinner and meet the foundation members. All dinner tickets must be purchased in advanced. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Proceeds from this event will benefit the foundation, a nonprofit organization that presents end-oflife care option education events for Ventura County medical professionals and the public.
