The Esseff Foundation will present the inaugural Haunted House in Thousand Oaks fundraiser Fri., Sept. 30 through Mon., Oct. 31 at the Janss Marketplace mall, Thousand Oaks. The house will feature 8,000 square feet and 28 rooms with 3-D weekend matinee shows for all ages and more intense evening shows for those over 21.

Proceeds from this event will benefit The Esseff Foundation, the Area Housing Authority and Many Mansions, all nonprofit organizations.

The foundation is offering corporate sponsorships ranging from $500 to $35,000 and one $50,000 marquis main sponsorship.

A private reception for press, sponsors and ticketed supporters will be hosted from 6 to 10 p.m. Thurs., Oct. 6, with food stations, wine tasting, a silent auction and a private preview of the Haunted House. Tickets for the reception are included with sponsorships or can be purchased separately for $100 per person.
