REMEMBERING—Lt.  Col.  Ed Ramsey of  the  26th  Cavalry

Regiment led the very last horse-mounted cavalry charge in

U.S. history in January 1942. He was at the Reagan Presidential

Library  because  it  has  a  new  exhibit  on  the U.S.  Cavalry.
