Brother Yusef, also known as “The Bluesman,” will perform for teenagers and young adults in two appearances on Wed., July 6. He will play at 4 p.m. at the Newbury Park Library, 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park and give a repeat performance at 7 p.m. at the Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

He’s an acoustic blues artist who has performed “house-rocking tunes” at the libraries in previous appearances.
