Take Your T.O. Acorn on Vacation

Whether you’re going to Santa Barbara or the Barbary Coast, be sure to Take Your Thousand Oaks Acorn on Vacation.

It’s easy and fun. Send a color print that shows scenery and a front page of any edition of the Thousand Oaks Acorn. Tape a 3x5 card on the back describing the location, names of the people (left to right) and the name, address and phone number of the sender. If it’s a digital photograph, send it as a jpg attachment (including the above information) to vacation@theacorn.com.

Mail photos to Take Your Thousand Oaks Acorn on Vacation, 30423 Canwood St., Ste. 108, Agoura Hills CA 91301. Please send your best photograph, not a stack of photos. If you go to more than one location, you can enter more than once, but it’s one shot per entry.

Prizes will be awarded for the best photos. If you participate by 5 p.m. Sept. 30, you will be eligible to win $100 for first place, $50 for second place and $25 for third place.

Many photographs will be printed through August 2006, so be sure to Take Your Thousand Oaks Acorn on Vacation.
