NewMark Merrill Companies, LLC, which manages Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks, recently announced the signing of a five-year lease with Edible Arrangements to occupy about 2,170 square feet of space near Gold’s Gym in the rear of the shopping center on the northwest corner of Moorpark Road and Hillcrest Drive.

Edible Arrangements offers custom-designed fruit baskets and related gifts and anticipates opening for business in late September.
