Pat Helton

Pat Helton, the no. 1 agent in the Coldwell Banker Conejo Valley Regional Office, sponsored a teacher/ staff appreciation luncheon at Colina Middle School on May 4.

Pat Helton has renewed her sponsorship for Colina Middle School in Thousand Oaks. She has greatly assisted Colina Middle School by donating a school-to-parent outreach communication system valued at $10,000 for the past three years.

In addition to the communication technology, School-Team and Pat Helton provide further support for Colina through a fund-raising opportunity. Specifically, Pat Helton will donate $400 for any real estate transaction with, or referred by a Colina Middle family. Pat Helton and School-Team have currently raised almost $3,000 for Colina Middle School.

Helton has ranked as International President’s Elite for 18 years. She is a broker and a certified relocation and corporate property specialist.
