The Westlake Village Art Guild invites the public to take a chartered bus tour to the Old Mission Plaza in Santa Barbara for the 17th annual I Madonnari Italian Street Painting Festival from 11:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sun., May 29.

More than 200 pavement squares will become the colorful chalk canvases of participating artists. The group will see the artists at work, visit the adjacent Italian market, and then move on to State Street to browse the galleries and boutiques. The cost of the excursion is $25 for Art Guild members, $30 for guests. As space is limited, early sign-up is recommended.
