The Ventura County Japanese-American Citizens League (JACL) will host a cleanup of a neglected cemetery in Oxnard that is the burial site for many Japanese-Americans. They invite the public to lend a hand at 8 a.m. Sat., May 7 at the corner of Pleasant Valley and Etting roads in Oxnard. Participants are urged to bring their own gardening gloves and tools.
