Award-winning pianist to play

The Conejo Valley Branch of the Music Teachers Association of California will host a performance by award-winning pianist Kathreen Ahn at 3 p.m. Sun., April 24 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1 Avenida de Los Arboles, Thousand Oaks. Her program will include music by Bach, Haydn, Chopin, Beethoven and Liszt.

Among her many awards, Ahn took the Rubenstein Grand Prize at the 2003 International Young Artist Peninsula Music Festival Competition and was the first-prize winner at the Long Beach Mozart Festival.
