Trying to beat the tax deadline  JANN HENDRY/Acorn Newspapers NO TAX RELIEF ON APRIL 15-Waiting in line to beat the tax return mailing deadline at the Thousand Oaks Post Office was another hassle last Friday. Newbury Park resident Gary Shi had been waiting in line for more than an hour before finally reaching a postal employee at 9:30 p.m.
