Many Mansions honors donors

Many Mansions, an organization that works for affordable housing, recently honored donors who had given a gift of $1,000 or more last year in support of Many Mansions services and programs. Those donors are members of the Cornerstone Club.

Keynote speakers for the event included Many Mansions executive director Rick Schroeder; Nichole Lanse, director of resource development; Grey Taylor, Cornerstone Club member; and Sister Lisa Magaffin, president of the board of directors.

"Many Mansions and the city of Thousand Oaks are models for others in their support and development of dignified affordable housing," said Taylor. "Twenty-five years of success have shown that Many Mansions is beneficial for both the city and its residents. We have one of the lowest crime rates in the country, a clean city with proud residents and a highly respected community model."
