The Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce is informing its members that an e-mail from a Bob Martino is not being generated from the Chamber. Martino is not an employee of the Chamber. The e-mail falsely claims that the Chamber is updating its address book and switching to a new program called Constant Contact. Other chambers have been similarly victimized, according to the local Chamber.
