The Newbury Park Branch of the Thousand Oaks Library will host two free programs on the use of TOMCat, the Thousand Oaks Library Materials Catalog, from 10:30 a.m. to noon Thurs., April 28 and Fri., April 29 at 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park.

During each program, participants will learn how to take full advantage of TOMCat to search for library materials, find book reviews, request titles, access personal library accounts, find full-text magazine and newspaper articles, locate company and investment information, find automotive repair information and more.

Many of the library’s electronic resources are accessible both in the library and on home computers.

For more information and registration, call the information desk of the Thousand Oaks Library at (805) 449-2660, ext. 204 or the Newbury Park Branch Library at (805) 498-2139.
