Hospice appoints new board members

Assisted Home Hospice Foundation recently received approval for the establishment of a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and has named its board of directors. Laura Donley Rodnick of Thousand Oaks is the executive director. For additional information, call Rodnick at (805) 371-9988.

The foundation focuses on offering healthcare information and education regarding the overall benefits of providing viable healthcare alternatives. These alternatives are generally outside the realm of traditional hospitals and medical facilities, such as accessing healthcare via hospice care, home care and assisted living centers.

Elected to the foundation board were: William Donley (chairman), Elaine Donley (president), Patricia Wood (secretary and administrator) and Gerd Kerswill (treasurer).
