Deadline tomorrow to apply for advisory board

The city of Thousand Oaks is seeking applicants for the Disabled Access Appeals and Advisory Board. Get applications or more information from the city clerk’s office at 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. or by calling City Clerk Nancy Dillon at (805) 449-2151.

Nobody can serve on more than one commission, board or committee without permission of the city council.

Both positions will hold office until February 2007. Applicants must be residents of Thousand Oaks and one of the two must be filled by someone who’s movement-impaired. The other is an at-large seat.

The application closing date is tomorrow, April 8.
