Westlake teen wins state contest

Tiffany Raetine Hsiou, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Joseph and SuWen Hsiou of Westlake Village, has won the California’s 25th Annual Homecoming Queen selection held on March 12 and 13 at the Buena Park Holiday Inn in Buena Park. She is the Westlake High School Homecoming Queen.

California’s 2005 Homecoming Queen will receive a cash scholarship plus an expense-paid trip to the national finals to compete with students from other states for America’s Homecoming Queen.

America’s Homecoming Queen is a nonprofit organization promoting education, travel, and community service in all 50 states.
