The Newbury Park Branch of the Thousand Oaks Library will present a free program on online shopping.

Participants will learn the convenience and benefits of shopping on the Internet.

The presentation will be 10:30 a.m. to noon Thurs., April 7 at 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park.

Topics to be discussed include security issues, safety tips, comparative shopping, finding bargains, participating in auctions and other information related to online commerce.
