The Wellness Community needs volunteers for the House for Hope Design Showcase ’05, April 21 through May 22 in Lake Sherwood. Beginning April 14, volunteers can help with sponsor and VIP tours and receptions. Proceeds will benefit the Wellness Community’s programs of support, education and hope for people fighting cancer.

Several hundred volunteers are needed for various duties. Shifts are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 to 5 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 to 6 p.m. on weekends.

Twenty-four interior designers and decorators volunteered to furnish the new home’s 19 spaces. A landscape architect will design the outside space. Tours will be offered from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday and Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
