Oxnard-based Nordman Cormany Hair & Compton will host the first of a series of sex harassment training seminars from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wed., April 6 in the firm’s boardroom on the sixth floor of 1000 Town Center Drive, Oxnard. Senior partner Jonathan Fraser Light will present the seminar.

The seminar meets the new California legal requirement that mandates companies with 50 employees or more have their supervisors, including owners, attend two hours of sex harassment training every two years. The seminar will also be beneficial to supervisors of smaller companies. Attendees may sign a sex harassment training acknowledgment form to keep on file. Further sexual harassment training seminars will be scheduled quarterly.
