Thousand Oaks

A burglar stole an unreported amount of merchandise Dec. 18 between 5:15 and 6 p.m. at Abercrombie and Fitch in the 400 block of West Hillcrest Drive.

Between 5:45 and 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 17 in the 600 block of Jazmin, a vandal caused $200 in damages to private property.

A person burglarized a vehicle between 5:30 and 7 p.m. Dec. 17 in the 2500 block of East Thousand Oaks Boulevard. The loss wasn’t reported.

The damages were $200 after a vandalism that took place between 3:45 p.m. Dec. 16 and 7:40 a.m. Dec. 17 at an address on La Granada Drive.

At 6 p.m. Dec. 17 in the 200 block of West Hillcrest Drive, police arrested a vandal for causing more than $400 in damages to another person’s property.

Someone committed identity theft between noon Dec. 1 and 6:30 p.m. Dec. 16 at an address on Blue Canyon Street.

Police detained a suspect at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 16 for illegally entering private property in the 2000 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Between 12:30 and 12:50 p.m. Dec. 16 at Robinson’s May in the 200 block of West Hillcrest Drive, a thief stole $1,520 in merchandise. A suspect was arrested.

Vandals caused $1,600 in damage to someone’s property at 9:50 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 200 block of West Hillcrest Drive.

Police arrested a suspect for urinating in public at 8:15 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 1000 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

At 8:10 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 400 block of North Moorpark Road, authorities took a suspect into custody for conspiring to commit a crime and for causing more than $400 in vandalism damages.

A grand theft took place between 11:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. Dec. 15 at an address on Grissom Street. The loss wasn’t reported.

Between Dec. 15 and Dec. 21, four incidents of driving under the influence were reported in the community.
