Kohl’s comes to Newbury Park

TIME TO SHOP-Nick Kolby helps Megan Cummings, left, and her mom Kristin at the new Kohl's department store in Newbury Park. The 90,000-square-foot store, which is the fourth Kohl's to open in Ventura County, occupies 10 acres of a 25-acre site at the corner of Newbury Road and Kelly Road. It will be open seven days a week and is expected to generate approximately $250,000 a year in sales tax revenue for the city.
