Gatch defended

As an educator and professional, I’m appalled that a man of dedication such as T.O. City Manager Phil Gatch, who has given 38 years to the community, should be treated so shabbily by his supposed colleagues.

Mr. Gatch should be allowed to leave his position with dignity, not driven out by mean-spirited malcontents. I’ve known Phil for eight years and know him to be a man of impeccable integrity and professionalism.

I hope this situation will be resolved in a fair and equitable manner as soon as possible.
