Kids to bring Biblical characters to life

The Melody Makers choir of third- to sixth-graders will present the musical "Heroes of the Faith" during the 9 and 10:30 a.m. worship services Sun., May 1 at the United Methodist Church of Westlake Village, 1049 Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village. This musical is written by J. Paul Williams and Pamela Martin and directed by Nancy Phillipson This play is a unique field trip to a museum that makes Biblical characters come to life and teaches people to become heroes by following God’s commands.

Pastor Gary Alan Dickey will preach at the informal 8 a.m. service. Christian Education classes for all ages meet at 9 a.m. Childcare is available.
