Fox, not Gatch,
should resign

If Andy Fox did indeed violate Thousand Oaks city code by requesting Mr. Gatch’s resignation in a private meeting ("T.O. city manager told he’s out," April 7 Thousand Oaks Acorn), then Mr. Fox is the one who should be forced to resign immediately.

I hope the city council pursues an investigation of the circumstances surrounding Gatch’s resignation and takes appropriate action if necessary, even though it would be against one of their own.

Let’s see how honorable their actions will be in this matter.
