CLU’s Wind Ensemble to perform special concert Friday night

The University Wind Ensemble of California Lutheran University (CLU) will present a concert at 8 p.m. Fri., April 15 in Samuelson Chapel on the campus at 60 W. Olsen Road in T.O.

The University Wind Ensemble concert is being presented in honor of the opening of the "Air Force One" exhibit at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley.

With the theme of flight, the concert will feature works that have airborne references central to the compositions.

The CLU flute and clarinet quartets will also perform. Daniel Geeting will conduct the program.

Admission is free but a freewill offering will be accepted.
