Coffee shop to host month-long anniversary

Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Inc., a specialty coffee roaster and marketer of fresh, deep-roasted whole bean coffee for home and office, will host in-store events throughout April to celebrate the company’s 39th anniversary.

The shop at 595 Moorpark Road in T.O. can be reached at (805) 497-8366. Special events are from Mon., April 4 through Sun., May 1.

Each Friday customers can get a complimentary quarter-pound bag of coffee; coffee and tea will be offered weekdays from 1 to 3 p.m. (donations accepted on behalf of a local nonprofit organization). There will be free coffee and tea tastings.
