Defending the
Lynn Ranch home-owners board

I recently found on my doorstep "a message from some of the people in Lynn Ranch regarding the LRPOA." Not one of these people had the courage to sign this flyer, which contains lies and unfounded fears concerning the present board of directors of the Lynn Ranch Property Owners Association.

This board is working hard to accomplish a task that I and other previous board members could not complete, primarily because of time and funding limitations. The long overdue upgrading of the CC&Rs must be done if Lynn Ranch is to remain the same unique, friendly community it has been since 1957.

Should these few vocal residents sustain their vitriolic attacks and demolish the honest attempt by this board to secure the future for Lynn Ranch residents? I can’t imagine why anyone would volunteer for the thankless task as a future member of a LRPOA board or committee. Why would someone subject himself or herself to the verbal abuse displayed by these people? Dick Randall
