Thousand Oaks

An employee witnessed a burglary at 2 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Abercrombie and Fitch clothing store in the 200 block of Hillcrest Drive.The employee later con-fronted the burglars just outside of the store and one of them pulled a gun and threatened the employee’s life. The criminals fled the scene and authorities later detained three individuals sus-pected of the crimes.

Police detained a person for second-degree commercial burg-lary, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 10 in the 200 block of West Hillcrest Drive.

Authorities took a suspect into custody for second-degree robbery, second-degree com-mercial burglary and driving without a driver’s license at 3 p.m. Dec. 9 in the 200 block of West Hillcrest Drive.

Between Dec. 8 and Dec. 14, the following items were reported in the community: six incidents of illegal drug intoxication, three incidents of driving under the influence, three incidents of possession of a controlled substance and one incident of possession of a deadly weapon.
