     A critical time is approaching for Two Winds Ranch. I hope the decision made by the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency on Jan. 12 regarding the Two Winds lease is not made in haste.

     Am I missing something here? Mr. Caddin has successfully run the Two Winds Equestrian Center for 34 years. A new boarder expressed concern regarding the poor condition of three elderly horses.
