T.O.’s Mosher
elected to
Senior Concerns

Thomas Mosher of Thousand Oaks has been elected to the board of directors of Senior Concerns in Thousand Oaks, a nonprofit social service agency dedicated since 1957 to serving older adults with special needs, their families and caregivers in Ventura and western Los Angeles counties.

Mosher, founder and president of a Thousand Oaks agency specializing in radio advertising clients, is a veteran of the radio broadcasting industry. He’s been vice president/general manger of stations in major markets across the U.S., including locally changing KIQQ to K-LITE and managing KGIL/KMJC in the San Fernando Valley.

"We welcome Tom’s expertise in advertising and sales promotion, plus his dedication to community activities such as the March of Dimes, Juvenile Diabetes and St. Jude’s Hospital in Detroit, and the Pacific Lodge Youth Services in Woodland Hills." Senior Concerns board chairperson Ronald Goldman said.

Based in Thousand Oaks, Senior Concerns operates an adult day center for up to 90 frail elderly and memory-impaired participants, the area’s Meals on Wheels program for homebound elderly, Ventura County’s Alzheimer’s Daycare Resource Center and various caregiver support groups.
