Elks scholarship Bob Holm, scholarship committee chairman of B.P.O. Elks Lodge 2477, Thousand Oaks, recently announced that the Thousand Oaks Elks Lodge 2477 scholarship winners advanced to win California-Hawaii Elks Association (CHEA) and Elks National Foundation four-year scholarships. For the first time, Thousand Oaks Lodge 2477 had the No. 1 winner at the CHEA level. Winners Jacquelyn Chou, Oak Park 1st Place at the Elks Lodge 2477—$500 1st Place at the West Central Coast District—$700 1st Place at the CHEA state level four-year scholarship—$3,500 Elks National Foundation four-year scholarship—$4,000 Jill J.
