Prominent band plays Buddha Bar

Marty Grebb and the Midnight Men are now appearing at the Buddha Bar, 30105 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills (across from the Renaissance Hotel) every Thursday for a limited time. Grebb, lead vocalist, piano and sax player, is a former band member of Bonnie Raitt, Chicago, Stevie Nicks and others, has had songs recorded by Eric Clapton, Aaron Neville and B.B. King, and has played on many hit albums.

Thousand Oaks resident Gary Mallaber is on drums. He played on all the original hits of Van Morrison, Steve Miller and Eddie Money. Bassist Gerald Johnson played with Crosby Stills and Nash and Steve Miller. Guitarist Bruce Conte, former original Tower of Power guitar player, alternates with B.B. Chung King of the Buddha Heads and Jon Woodhead of Leon Russell’s old band.
