Kiwanis celebrate the best ever parade that didn’t happen

During a wrap up party hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks at Rickards' Malibu ranch, the club honored its members for their work preparing for the 2003 CVD Grand Finale Parade. The club is responsible to organizing the annual CVD parade. Though the parade was rained out, all the preparations had been completed and the club remembered the greatest little parade that never, ever took place.
