Wine tasting event to benefit Pause4kids

A wine tasting event sponsored by Whole Foods Market to benefit PAUSE4kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children with developmental disabilities, will run from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Fri., May 16 at the market, 451 E. Avenida de los Arboles, Thousand Oaks. It will feature appetizers, wine, beer and sake tasting, raffle prizes plus live musical entertainment.

Through education, advocacy and the development of programs and services, PAUSE4kids works within the local community "to enrich and improve the lives of children with special needs," including those with autism, Down Syndrome, pervasive developmental disorders and cerebral palsy.
