Unknown suspect(s) cut a chain link fence to a construction site on Read Rd, opening a locked storage container and taking one sump pump, two air compressors, one chain saw and two oxygen air tanks, all valued at $3,100. The felony burglary took place at 4 p.m. Sat, Dec. 14.

At 9 p.m. Sun, Dec. 15 felony burglary occurred on S. Westlake Blvd. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a business, causing $1,000 in damages, taking $30 in currency and a CD.

At 9:30 p.m. Sun, Dec. 15, felony vandalism transpired in the 860 block of Greenwich Dr. Unknown suspect(s) spray painted graffiti on the tailgate of a victim’s truck, inflicting damages of $500.

Felony vandalism also occurred at 9:30 p.m. Sun, Dec. 15 in the 820 block of E. Thousand Oaks Blvd, where unknown suspect(s) spray-painted graffiti on a victim’s fence and buildings.

Felony identity theft was committed 1 p.m. Mon, Dec.16 as unknown suspect(s) used a victim’s information to open a line of credit without permission, purchasing $4,832 worth of goods.

A resident in the 170 block of N. Moorpark Rd was subjected to felony theft by credit card at 5:05 p.m. Tues, Dec. 17. Unknown suspect(s) took the victim’s wallet, then used her credit card to make $6,705 in purchases.

Felony theft occurred in the 350 block of W. Hillcrest Dr. Thurs, Dec. 20. A known suspect (who was also a store employee) took $473 in currency and $100 in gift cards from a place of business.

Newbury Park

A known suspect damaged a victim’s property in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios at 11:34 p.m. Sat, Dec. 14. The misdemeanor vandalism caused $200 in damages.

At 4 p.m. Wed, Dec. 18, felony burglary took place as unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered a victim’s garage, stealing one men’s bicycle. The loss totaled $600 in the 400 block of Jeanne Ct.
