Vote for a hard worker
Don Morris for City Council on November 5.

He’s a good person. He’s a good worker. He knows what is right for our community.

I first met Don several years ago when he chaired a grass-roots citizen’s committee successfully leading to the construction of a critical safety access road south of the 101 freeway between Moorpark Road and Rancho Road.

During sometimes stormy sessions with property owners, city staff, city council and local residents, Don kept everyone focused on the real issues. He never took his eyes off our common goals, a fully-paved, two-lane emergency roadway for property-owners south of the 101 freeway.

In working with Don, I learned that he is a man of ethics, superior technical understanding, all the while staying realistic and logical about what is important to the entire community. I sincerely hope the voters of Thousand Oaks will use this golden opportunity to elect Don Morris to the Thousand Oaks City Council. We need him.
